Relationships, a timeline and routines

This release lets entries depend on each other. Link a task to the ones it waits for or the parts it is made of, see the links drawn across the week, and watch the whole chain move when one of them does. The timeline lays open tasks out by when they are due, and the month and year views fold everyday habits into quiet marks.

Relationships

Make one entry a subtask of another, or have it wait for one that has to finish first. Drag from the handle on an entry to the one it belongs to, and Mitra draws the link across the week, between timed and all-day entries alike, and keeps it in Notion too. Move an entry, and everything waiting on it moves along. When a link can no longer hold, because something now starts before what it waits for, Mitra says so.

Timeline view

Your open tasks, one per row, laid out as bars from when they start to when they are due, so a stretch of work shows its shape before you plan it. Overlaps, gaps and the task that runs past its date stand out at a glance. A task that scrolls out of view leaves a marker at the edge that brings it back, and routines show only the next time they are due.

Routines

What you do every day or every week, a workout or a pill, collapses into small marks in the month and year views, so a busy month still reads at a glance.

Task progress

A task with subtasks fills a ring as they get done, and when the last one is, Mitra asks whether to finish the task too. A task without subtasks can carry a percentage you set yourself.

Unscheduled tasks

A task no longer needs a day. Keep it unscheduled until you know when, and schedule it once you do.

Tempo

Your Jira worklogs from Tempo show up as a calendar, and an entry you make there books time on the ticket its title names.

More languages

Mitra speaks French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian, beside English and German.
